Dustin has always been an artist and always knew he would be doing something creative. At an early age, he thought he would become a painter, but as he got involved in the fashion industry doing makeup, he realized that he could make a living painting on a different type of canvas. As he got more involved in that industry, he had the opportunity to work with some very talented hair stylists that really pushed his interest into becoming a hair stylist. He has been fortunate to have traveled and worked all over the country doing hair and makeup for many national and world wide magazines, tv shows, fashion shows and has even worked with a few celebrities.
Now living in Raleigh, he is one of the co-owners of Marigold Parlour and continues to grow as a stylist by working with the Joico/ISO team of educators. This allows him to travel around the country to teach other stylists and learn about all the latest trends of the seasons.
He loves being creative in any format, and, most of all, he loves being able to work with people.
